Shipping

Pickkor is dedicated to supporting shipping to as many countries as possible. However, please be aware that delivery to some countries may be challenging depending on the circumstances with shipping carriers.

Current list of supported countries:

  • Free shipping is available for purchases of $60 or more to the following countries:
    Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines

  • Free shipping is available for purchases of $80 or more to the following countries:
    Mongolia, Laos, Indonesia, Myanmar, Hong Kong, India, Cambodia, Macau, Japan, Bangladesh

  • Free shipping is available for purchases of $100 or more to the following countries:
    China, Nepal, New Zealand

  • Free shipping is available for purchases of $150 or more to the following countries:
    USA, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait

Once orders are received from customers, Pickkor verifies the order details and receives the products from the suppliers of each product brand. We hand over the products to the shipping carrier within 1-3 days from the date of order placement. The average delivery time is 3 to 10 days after the shipping carrier receives the products from us. However, please note that it may take up to 15 days in some countries or regions. The delivery time may vary depending on the situation of the shipping carrier in the respective country, but you can always track the shipment to know the whereabouts of your products.

​Additionally, when overseas customers receive products ordered from Pickkor, they may be required to pay customs duties based on the items purchased and the regulations of each country. Please be aware that customers are responsible for directly paying any applicable customs duties, and we do not cover these costs on their behalf.

​We would like to inform you that shipping to countries currently not supported may be subject to change in the future depending on the circumstances of our shipping carriers.

Returns

​If you wish to return the product after receiving it, please first contact our Pickkor customer center at support@pickkor.com and provide the reason for the return.

​However, please note that returns may be difficult to process under the following circumstances:

  • If the product's packaging has been opened or damaged.
  • If there are signs of the product being opened or used.
  • If the product is being returned due to customer's change of mind.
  • If a return is requested without applying through support@pickkor.com

​Please note that customs duties paid to the customs of the respective country will not be refunded upon return. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.
