Payments

At Pickkor, you can make payments using debit or credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and UnionPay. Payments are supported through Eximbay, so Pickkor does not store customers' personal information, credit card details, or financial information separately.

​Your Orders

​You cannot add or change products to an order. However, customers can request order cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) from the date of order placement by contacting support@pickkor.com.

​Please note that the duration of payment cancellation may vary depending on the policies of the payment processor or card issuer.
