How can i check my order?

You can check your order history through 'Account' in the top right corner of your profile.

What currency do you charge in?

The default currency for all charges is USD.

Do you ship internationally?

Pickkor generally supports shipping to all countries. However, depending on circumstances with the shipping carrier, some countries may not be supported for delivery. You can confirm supported shipping countries by checking the region during the ordering process.

Why isn't the tracking of my package updated?

After customers complete their orders, Pickkor prepares the shipment of the products within 1-3 days and then hands them over to the shipping carrier. Therefore, there may be no status updates during the first 1-3 days after ordering. Once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier, customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times may differ based on the country or region. It could range from as short as 5 days to a maximum of 10 days, subject to the circumstances of the shipping carrier.

How much is shipping fee?

For all countries where shipping is available, Pickkor charges a shipping fee of $20 for orders totaling less than $60. However, customers who purchase products totaling $60 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Is there a way to check the authentic or counterfeit products?

Upon receiving an order from the customer, we verify the order and proceed to collect the products from each brand supplier. After packaging, we commence the shipment process. Therefore, we assure you that all products are 100% authentic.

What is the expiry date of your products?

Generally, basic skincare products like toners or lotions have a shelf life of 36 months. However, once opened, they are typically usable for 12 months. But for essences or moisturizing creams, the period after opening is shorter, usually around 6 months.
